Presenter Bio

Over his 16-year-long career as a U.S. Navy SEAL, Curt Cronin deployed 13 times and spent more than four years overseas. He has led more than a decade of combat operations throughout 18 countries. As head of the nation’s premier assault force, he maximized his squad’s effectiveness by forging unlikely alliances and developing a tactical and unified team purpose. For his service, he was honored with the Bronze Star medal. After retiring from the SEALS, he earned his MBA degree through combined programs at the London School of Economics, New York University’s Stern School of Business, and the HEC School of Management in Paris. He served as a managing partner in transformational consulting for two years with the McChrystal Group before founding his own global talent solutions firm, Kaizen International. He has counseled organizations including the Miami Dolphins, Disney, and AIG on how to build unbeatable teams while unlocking individual potential.
